Coming from a completely different background in dentistry and going through a nightmarish first home purchase, it gave me the desire to learn from that experience and help others avoid those pitfalls that cause so much stress. Also, having gone through professional school and having an immense student loan debt to pay back, learning how to use and leverage HELOCs became a passion. Helping to educate others on HELOC utilization, and explaining how I was able to pay off my educational debt significantly faster, has become a key focus.
